iBooks: all of my books are submitted to iTunes. As for approval time, it takes from two weeks to a few months sometimes. Their process is tedious, not like kindle or nook. It's beyond my control. Their customer service is of no help. They all answer the same generic response. I apologize for the long delay. I do want you to have the book and read up on Knightly and the Torn crew.
